Dr. Marguerite (Margo) McClinton Stoglin

Dr. Marguerite (Margo) McClinton Stoglin is a Senior Vice President, Philanthropic
Strategist with the National Consulting and Advisory Practice group at Bank of
America Private Bank. Based in Dallas, Margo works with the Philanthropic
Solutions team providing custom consulting services to both grantmaking and
operating nonprofits. Her areas of focus include sound governance, strategic
planning, donor relationship cultivation and stewardship, and communicating
impact. Her areas of expertise include education, social services, and the
faith-based communities.
Margo has served in several key roles with institutions including Washington
University in St. Louis, Washington and Lee University, and Paul Quinn College.
For a decade, Margo managed her own consulting firm providing strategic
guidance to both nonprofit and for-profit organizations. She also has significant
board experience, currently serving with a gubernatorial appointment on a
statewide commission.
She enjoys partnering with key stakeholders to provide the resources needed
to serve all communities. She received her undergraduate degree from Emory
University where she played varsity tennis and was on the National Championship
team. She has two master’s degrees. The first is in education is from Harvard
University, and the second in business from the University of Texas at Dallas. She
also received her doctorate from Florida State University. She is married with two
children and a dog.
Jake Yarbrough

With over three decades of experience in marketing communications, Jake Schutts brings unbridled enthusiasm to the craft of brand building. Known for his ability to balance insightful strategy with laser-focused tactics, Jake has held executive leadership roles at some of the top agencies in Texas, specializing in generating measurable results and brand loyalty.
Beyond his agency work, Jake is a dedicated advocate for philanthropy. He has served as Board Chair and Strategic Planning lead for Camp Fire First Texas, along with leadership roles for several local and national healthcare nonprofits. When he’s not "rallying the troops," Jake is likely outrunning old age on his bicycle or supporting the dreams of his wife and two daughters.

Washima Huq
Executive Director, Texas Trust Gives Foundation

Washima Huq is the executive director of Texas Trust Gives Foundation, the charitable arm of the $2 billion Texas Trust Credit Union, where she oversees grants, scholarships and their employee giving program which supports local nonprofits. She is a product of our community, as she graduated from Mansfield ISD, obtained her bachelor’s from The University of Texas at Arlington and MBA from The University of North Texas. She has served on many boards like the YMCA where she went on service-learning trips to South America and Africa, The City of Arlington’s Unity Council, and several school district and chamber committees to help advance their missions. She was a part of the inaugural cohort of 40 under 40 in both Arlington and Mansfield, and was named Girls Inc.’s Bold Woman, Greater Arlington Chamber’s Rising Star, and Cornerstone League’s Credit Union Young Professional of the Year. Washima never thought she would have a career in philanthropy, or that she would be using public speaking platforms to advocate for others. She feels blessed to have such opportunities to touch hearts and change lives every day!
Myra Savage
Vice President, Bank of America Private Bank

Myra Savage is a Vice President and Philanthropic Client Manager at Bank of
America Private Bank. She is the primary point of contact for foundation and
endowment clients. Myra provides fiduciary and administrative oversight of
philanthropic assets for affluent families, private and corporate foundations, and
nonprofit organizations. In addition, she works closely with her clients to
understand where she can harness the various capabilities of the Private Bank to
build efficiencies that align with her clients’ goals and organizational mission.
Myra joined Bank of America in 1999. Before her current role, she was a Trust
Officer with Private Bank managing complex fiduciary assets including
investment management, IRAs, and various trusts for individual clients and their
families. Myra also worked on the Private Bank grant committee for various
charitable trusts which awards meaningful grants in accordance with the donor’s
intent and charitable legacy. Prior to joining the Private Bank (formerly U.S.
Trust), she held multiple roles at Bank of America in Global Operations and
Consumer Banking.
Driven by her passion for supporting the community, Myra currently serves on
the Board of Directors for Trinity Habitat for Humanity, Reading Partners, and
JPS Foundation. She is a founding board member of the Fort Worth Forum, the
city’s first civic organization connecting engaged leaders across Fort Worth’s
business, civic and non-profit sectors through membership that authentically
reflects the diversity of the community. In addition, Myra serves on the Advisory
Council for Educational First Steps, North Texas Community Foundation’s Beacon
Fund committee, a 2022 Leadership Fort Worth alum, and the recipient of the
Presidential Volunteer Service Award.
Myra holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Texas at
Arlington. She is also a graduate of the Texas Banker’s Association Trust School.
Myra resides in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex with her two children.
Whitnee Boyd

Dr. Boyd brings expertise in training, curriculum design, and strategic initiatives. She focuses on leadership development and inclusive community investment strategies.
Carolyn Mentesana
Executive Director, Arlington Tomorrow Foundation
Session: Inside Texas Funders Forum
Serving as the Arlington Tomorrow Foundation's first executive director since 2008, Ms. Mentesana brings more than three decades of experience in philanthropy, marketing, and communications to her role. She is responsible for overseeing the Foundation's $113 million endowment and for directing the organization's charitable mission to make Arlington a better place for its citizens to call home. Before joining the Foundation, Mentesana worked for the Kimberly-Clark Corporation (makers of consumer products brands Kleenex, Huggies, Kotex, Depend) where she was vice president of their foundation and a senior member of the corporate communications team. Prior to Kimberly-Clark, Mentesana led public affairs programs at Northrop Grumman's Aircraft Division (successor company to LTV, Vought Aircraft). She is a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington, where she earned her BBA.
Ximena Antunez de Mayolo
Principal, Rainwater Charitable Foundation

Ximena Antunez de Mayolo is a Principal at the Rainwater Charitable Foundation, where she manages a $4.5 million grant portfolio focused on early childhood education and family economic security. With over 15 years of experience, Ximena has pioneered major philanthropic initiatives, including raising over $70 million for the Uvalde Moving Forward Foundation and launching the Fort Worth Forum civic association.
Previously serving as Executive Director of the Key Biscayne Community Foundation, Ximena now holds leadership roles with The Welman Project and the Best Place for Kids Steering Committee. She holds a BA from Wellesley College and completed graduate coursework at Columbia University. Outside of her professional work, Ximena is an avid runner and enjoys baking for her niece and nephews.
Dr. Froswa’ Booker-Drew
President & CEO, Soulstice Consultancy

Dr. Froswa’ Booker-Drew is a "Network Weaver" and social capital expert who believes relationships are the foundation of personal and professional growth. As the President and CEO of Soulstice Consultancy, she provides philanthropic guidance, leadership coaching, and community engagement strategies to organizations worldwide.
An award-winning author of five books—including Empowering Charity and the newly released Front Porch Wisdom—Dr. Froswa’ is also a dedicated educator, having taught at institutions including the University of Texas at Arlington and Tulane University. A co-founder of the HERitage Giving Circle and a recipient of numerous honors, including the 2025 Spirit of SVP, she serves on the Board of Governors for the Antioch University System and is a passionate advocate for community-led philanthropy.
